CPU develops master planning and urban design studies for mixed-use development projects, as well as residential, office, retail, industrial, logistics, leisure and touristic resort developments in many different locations. Each of our master planning projects is designed to address the specific characteristics of the site and its environment. They seek to combine urban and landscape integration with high quality design, and to optimize the economic and financial feasibility of the development.
The scope of services also includes development feasibility studies in order to assess, at an early stage, the different design and development alternatives for specific sites.
